Urgent - AMC 10 test is offered on Tuesday- Feb 9th at 4:45 PM in Tappan

Attention Level III and IV students.

AAMOC is giving AMC 10 test tomorrow at Tappan. Students interested in taking the test must arrive by 4:45 pm. Classroom will be posted on the Westside entrance door (same entrance we normally enter – snack area). Mr. Parmar will be at Tappan to assist our students.

 

Students who are taking the AMC-10 at their high school are not eligible to take the same test at AAMOC. Students who have been practicing for this test and others who would like to try out are encouraged to take this test. After all AAMOC has already paid for this test.

Student wear T shirt + Dropping all NOT Registered for Winter 2010

1.  All students must have picked their T shirt (none is left). For safety and also pride reasons, all students must wear their T shirt visibly for duration of AAMOC classes.

2.  Please emphasize to your children to take care of their T shirt and expect them to be clean every Saturday. These T shirt cost AAMOC (all of us) $12.50 each and we would to get best use of them.

3.  All students who are not registered fro the winter term ($45 fee) will be dropped from email list by Monday, Feb 8th (Volunteer teachers children are all automatically registered).

4. Volunteer Teachers – Please pickup your T shirt tomorrow if you have not done yet.

No Class on Sat Jan 16 - Register for New Term on Sat Jan 23rd

  1. No Class on Saturday Jan 16th
  2. T shirts are finally here.
  3. Please bring a check and register for winter term on Saturday Jan 23rd. Continuing students do not need to fill a new application form (A parent must sign the old form). At the time of registration, we will issue each student a T shirt.
  4. Teachers will work to summarize student attendance and class participation this weekend.
  5. Need 3-5 volunteers to help on registration. See me on Sat Jan 23rd if you can help.

Winter Registration + T shirt - Second Notice

1.  Thank you to those who registered for winter term and picked their child T shirt last Saturday. Thank you to volunteers who helped with T shirt distribution and registration.

 

2.  I will bring the T shirts on Saturday so remaining students can pickup their T shirts.

 

3.  Please bring a check and register for winter term if you did not register last week.   Likewise, please let me know if you do not wish to continue anymore because AAMOC has many people in the waiting list.

4.   Need 2-3 volunteers to complete registration.   If you can, please see me on Saturday.  AAMOC exist because of our children/students and many volunteers. AAMOC would like all parents to contribute in one form or another some times. I would like to see 3 new volunteers for registration this Saturday.
